The ship owner Giuseppe Ardoino
my great-great-grandfather, ploughed the seas in his favourite sailing ship: Il Risveglio.
When he tired of his long voyages, he loved to retire to this estate, less than a kilometre away from
his vessels, from where he could hear the whistle blow at the lowering of the flag at sunset……

…Unfortunately, the whistle of the flag-lowering ceremony is no longer heard,
however this is still a haven of peace and tranquillity.
Two centuries have flown by, but the sea is still only 970 metres away
and the Ardoino Family is still here;
today we are delighted to share our view of Oneglia, overlooking the "carrugi",
the old town and the marina, with you.
In honour of that intrepid sailor, this estate has been re-christened after the fastest,
and the most beloved, vessel he owned: il Risveglio.

Our well-furnished apartments look out onto the garden;
they are beautifully decorated and each room has its own distinctive colours and furnishings,
featuring antique furniture owned by the family.
All rooms have their own ensuite bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen area, colour TV, heating, hairdryer and bed/kitchen/bathroom linen supplied.
The agriturismo sleeps a total of 12 people in various apartments, plus a suite.
AMENITIES: All apartments have Internet WiFi connections. There is a large garden,
natural solarium, deck level pool, cots available for small children
and, finally, private parking area.
The Imperia area offers trekking, diving, a whale museum, an olive museum,
a naval museum, a newly constructed indoor sports arena, as well as many other activities;
